Alignment

Alignment is the degree to which the affectiveness (i.e. degree of pleasantness or unpleasantless) of an activity or event corresponds with its healthiness (i.e. health cost or health benefit). For example, eating plain vegetables typically provides us moderate pleasant flavour and health benefits (more aligned), while processed cookies or cakes typically provide heightened flavour and reduced health benefits (less aligned). See affective realignment.
